The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the city, as it was close to local restaurants and supermarkets. the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. For those with enough time to spare, we highly recommend hiking to Marapi, Singgalang, and Tandikek mountains.
Some of the rooms lacked proper ventilation, as they did not have windows, which made the air feel stuffy. Upgrading to a room with a balcony and windows came at an additional cost, which was a downside for some guests.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room with windows and balcony had a nice view and fresh air. the hiking trails of Marapi, Singgalang, and Tandikek mountains are close by.
I noticed that one side of the hotel lacks windows inside the room and clean air circulation, which requires paying extra for an upgrade.

I had a great time in this city. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs. It was close to the town center, public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the necessary information to make my stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the town center, supermarkets, and restaurants, which is perfect for those who want to explore the area. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay a little more enjoyable. We stayed during Christmas and they had some holiday decorations up, which added a nice touch.
We stayed in a room without any windows or proper ventilation. The air was stagnant and the only way to get any fresh air was to pay extra for an upgrade to a room with a balcony.
